Off The Ark MUST be notified either by E-Mail or Phone (804.717.2282) within 4 hours of receiving ANY shipment and OUR CARE SHEETS must be followed for Terms and Guarantee to be valid.

Off The Ark will not sell locally collected wildlife, normal corns, turtles as provided in our state and county regulations.

Here Is How We Do Business:

  • All animals are CB unless otherwise noted
  • All have fed at least 3 times on their own
  • All imports have been treated for internal and external parasites
  • We are certified with FEDEX and UPS
  • However, we are not responsible for carrier delays etc
  • ALL animals have live arrival and 10 day health guarantee except amphibians and arachnids
  • Our guarantee does NOT cover you changing your mind or you not being able to keep/care for said animal
  • You are responsible for Knowing your state, county laws/regs on these animals
  • There will be no banned animals shipped to Florida or NY state
  • If you send money for banned animals you will FORFEIT that money
  • If the animal changes hands from you to another during this time period or was being cared for by someone OTHER than you, these guarantees are all null and void
  • If gurantee was followed and the animal dies, we will replace it free and pay for shipping one time.  No other replacements will be made
  • WE DO NOT GURANTEE TEMPERMENT
  • OR REFUND MONEY BECAUSE YOU CANNOT TAKE CARE OF IT OR KEEP IT ETC

Provided:

  • You get and use a THERMOMETER and KNOW your animal's temperature
  • ("help" to your left shows proper thermometer placement)
  • Get and follow our care sheets for the corresponding animal.
  • Watch humidity for Chameleons, red-eyed crock skinks and all amphibians
  • Check temperatures if you notice ANY problems
  • DO NOT STICK THE THERMOMETER to the GLASS for terrestrial snakes and lizards.  Place it beneath or above the heat source depending on above light or underneath heat pad.
  • Call immediately!!!
